"Literally no value. Better off calling State Farm corporate. They’ll get a policy started for you and you’ll never hear from them again. If you don’t call there is no customer service. Had to call them to find out that State Farm canceled my auto policy weeks before because after an audit I had a couple claims State Farm decided to drop us. You think they’ll call and make sure you knew so you aren’t driving around without insurance until you happen to open some snail mail."

"After the freezing storm earlier this year, one of our pipes burst in the kitchen. Naturally, I submitted a claim, which was then approved. Then began the nightmare of fighting to get ANYTHING done. I want to assure that I'm a pretty patient person. I can understand when businesses are busy or are waiting on paperwork or something, but that's definitely not the case here. Our renovation/remediation team has been responsive and helpful, but they couldn't move forward until they clarified details with State Farm and received payment. Our adjustor at State Farm (not Cedric Berry's office, I know, but I will get to that) essentially disappeared; we were told he quit, but it turned out that he didn't and was just unreachable. We talked to his supervisor, who was enormously unhelpful as well. When we did speak to our adjustor, we were told that it just "got away from him". After another month or so of struggling to reach him, we finally started to get things worked on. So from February to August, we got NOTHING done with a half-destroyed kitchen. The final nail in the coffin: at the end of August, I received notice that our insurance was being cancelled. I did reach Cedric Berry's office and spoke to Gwen, who was patient with me as I vented my frustration. She encouraged me to email Cedric even though we both knew it was not as if the decision could be overturned by him or anything of the nature. I did email him... and I have not heard anything since. Bottom line: don't get State Farm. Take your business elsewhere. I would rather deal with Comcast's infamously horrible customer service 20 times over than how we've been treated with State Farm."
